These Terms govern your use of Biniday (the "Service"), a personal productivity app operated by DIA DIGITAL. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Biniday lets you keep daily tasks, plan for tomorrow, and write notes. We may add, change, or remove features over time. The Service is provided free of charge and "as is".
Don't misuse the Service. In particular, don't use it for unlawful content or activity, don't attempt to breach or probe its security, don't disrupt it, and don't access it through automated means or scrape it without our permission.
Your tasks and notes are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display that content back to you so the Service works. We do not use it for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We aim to keep the Service running but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend or discontinue it (or parts of it) at any time.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIA DIGITAL is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Please keep your own copies of anything important.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (email info@diadigital.io). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms. We'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
