Biniday

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 June 2026

Biniday ("we", "us") is a personal productivity app operated by DIA DIGITAL. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. In short: we collect the minimum needed to run the app, we do not sell, rent, share, or mine your data, and we don't use it for advertising or to train AI.

What we collect

How we use it

Only to provide the service: to store and show your tasks and notes back to you, to sign you in, and to send you a one-time welcome email and password-reset emails when you request them. Nothing else.

What we never do

Third parties we rely on

We do not embed third-party advertising or tracking scripts.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on our servers located in the EU. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it and restrict access to what is necessary to run the service.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data only for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from within the app — open your account menu (top-right) and choose Delete account. For your security we email you a confirmation link; once you click it, your account and all associated tasks and notes are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. You can also request deletion by emailing info@diadigital.io.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children

Biniday is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. We'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
